We provide French bakery and pastry training, as well as needed soft skills to become professional bakers. We aim to self-sustain the project by selling products from training sessions.
By providing vulnerable youth the professional skills, they can break their poverty cycle, sustain their family livelihoods, and become their own agencies.

I feel very lucky to have the opportunity to study at the French Bakery School after many years of struggling to make a living. Here, I found the profession that I am passionate about, the direction of my life, which is baking.
