Who we serve?
Socio-economically disadvantaged youth from 18-23 years of age from all over Vietnam.
We also extend the trainings to local partners and their beneficiaries.

What we do?
We provide French bakery and pastry training, as well as needed soft skills to become professional bakers. We aim to self-sustain the project by selling products from training sessions.
Why?
By providing vulnerable youth the professional skills, they can break their poverty cycle, sustain their family livelihoods, and become their own agencies.
OUR MISSIONS
Every year since 2017, La Boulangerie Francaise – HCMC trains 20 young men and women from socioeconomic disavantaged backgrounds advanced French bakery and pastry skills, that will secure them sustainable employment.
