We also extend the trainings to local partners and their beneficiaries.

Why?
IECD engaged its expertise on technical training skills to improve training quality for the schools and employability for vocational students, thus ensuring their livelihoods and brighter future.
OUR MISSIONS
Every year since 2016, Seeds of Hope Project partnered with 3 vocational training schools in Ho Chi Minh City and altogether supports around 1700 students.
We will extend the support to help young people prepare for renewable engergy solutions through various activities such as workshops and events.

Over the past phases, the Seeds of Hope (SOH) project has supported us to improve quality of lecturers and practical equipment for teaching at the Department. The process of project development is also very thorough: from investment in training of trainers to curriculum upgrading, with the participation of enterprises to find out the practical skills that are required from the employees. Based on that, the project could synthesize the needed competencies and integrate into the modules as well as develop evaluations with related scores which at least 70% of the program knowledge and practical skills are assessed. Through the process of working with the project, I also have learnt a lot for my own development.”

“I participated in the company trip to Thanh Phong Auto organized by the Seeds of Hope (SOH) project in December 2023. From the visit, I learned more about different automotive models , and got detailed instructions on the jobs at an Auto garage as well as career orientation. In addition, I got introduced to electric cars. I also learned a lot from the success story of Thanh Phong Auto. In the future, I wish to have more chances to participate in trips like this to gain more experience. “
