We provide French bakery and pastry training, as well as needed soft skills to become professional bakers. We aim to self-sustain the project by selling products from training sessions.
By providing vulnerable youth the professional skills, they can break their poverty cycle, sustain their family livelihoods, and become their own agencies.
We offer them bakery training, meals and accommodation throughout 16-18 months of training.
Their best bakes are sold at La Boulangerie Francaise Coffee Shop at 46 Nguyễn Tri Phương, Phú Hội, Huế. The project is 95% self-sustained by this income from the social business.
